HTC Global Services is building a Test Engineering team within its Digital Experience organization to support the Auto & Fire Quote & Purchase Suite. The role requires Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience and responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing and automating tests, executing scripts, and managing defects.

• Experience testing customer-facing applications.
• Strong experience with testing across functional and non-functional aspects.

Responsibilities

• Gather testing requirements for application features.
• Design and build functional and non-functional test cases.
• Develop and automate test scripts.
• Execute automated and manual test scripts.
• Validate and document test results.
• Track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects.
• Contribute to advancement of testing strategy and tools.
• Analyze and resolve system bottlenecks on infrastructure.
