Perea Insurance Agency, based in Littleton, Colorado, is seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join a dynamic team. You will engage with clients, manage policies, assess risks, and prepare accurate quotes while advancing relationships with customers and industry partners.

Ideal candidates will hold an active CO P&C license, have sales or service experience in insurance, and demonstrate strong communication and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License is mandatory.
• Must reside in Colorado and be able to commute to Littleton, CO 80122.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand insurance needs and provide solutions.
• Assist clients in managing and adjusting policies as needed.
• Assess risks and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Create accurate, competitive insurance quotes for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
