Qualifications

• Must have strong motivation, goal orientation and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing preferred.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred; licensure support available.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new insurance business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored property and casualty insurance solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with a mentor agent and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

• Stay up-to-date on insurance product knowledge and industry changes.
