• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses regarding coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters efficiently while meeting court, client, and internal deadlines.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments, strategy, risk, and next steps.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, clients, and other professionals on litigation strategy.
