Job summary

Fallon Insurance Agency is seeking a Customer Experience Manager in Oshkosh to nurture client relationships and ensure families are well covered after the sale. The role combines service, retention, and a sales component, with onboarding ownership and a warm, organized approach.

You will work with systems and coaching provided, earning per-policy pay on walks-ins and cross-sells, plus a year-end profit-share after one year. A full benefits package and clear career path are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Previous customer service or insurance service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, dependable, and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate onboarding for every new household.
• Handle underwriting, signature, ACORD, mortgagee and lienholder docs.
• Maintain complete records in AgencyZoom.
• Serve walk-in customers and write coverage where appropriate.
• Cross-sell missing lines of coverage to existing clients.
• Drive Google reviews and gather referrals.
• Lead retention efforts (cancellation, rewrite, reinstatement).
• Deliver outstanding client experience on every interaction.
