Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management plus 3–5 years of related experience.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to transition quickly between projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to problem-solve independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for assigned book of business and clients.
• Prepare and submit policy change requests and monitor status.
• Maintain accurate account files and documentation.
• Identify cross-sales opportunities and support renewals and remarket processing.
• Resolves client and carrier accounting issues and billing inquiries.
• Support client service deliverables and attend client meetings when necessary.
