Capgemini is seeking an experienced P&C Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology, based near Warren, NJ. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and drive data-driven decision making across underwriting, claims, and operations.

The role requires strong SQL, BI reporting, and familiarity with insurance platforms. You will collaborate with data engineers and QA teams to deliver insights and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• P&C insurance domain knowledge required.
• Strong data analytics and data validation experience.
• Experience with BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases.
• Proficient in SQL and BI reporting tools.
• Knowledge of insurance platforms (Guidewire/Duck Creek/Majesco) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
