Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: primary point of contact for key P&C clients, managing expectations and satisfaction with analytics and AI solutions.
• Strategic Leadership: drive analytics/AI roadmaps and collaborate with leadership to define objectives and deliverables.
• Data & Analytics Strategy: oversee data analytics and AI applications to solve insurance challenges and inform client decisions.
• Project Delivery & Execution: ensure timely delivery of analytics projects, data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement: act as trusted advisor, communicate progress, risks, and successes to stakeholders.
• Client Growth: support sales/biz dev in expanding services, proposals, and RFP responses.
