You will partner with data engineers, business leaders, and finance to translate questions into analyses, develop dashboards, and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.
• Master’s degree in data science/analytics preferred.
• 6+ years in data analytics or BI with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects across underwriting, claims, distribution, and client experience.
• Develop advanced statistical models, segmentation analyses, and predictive frameworks.
• Architect and maintain scalable data models and pipelines with data engineering.
• Build executive dashboards and self-service reporting (Power BI/Looker).
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
