Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced software professional to lead development and support of a core P&C software system. The role requires strong SQL skills, full-stack C#/.NET experience, and a track record of delivering production-ready APIs and integrations.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, coordinate with internal IT and external vendors, and contribute to tickets, testing, and deployments in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SQL experience with queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to write, tune, and troubleshoot complex production queries and data modeling.
• 4+ years full-stack development in C#/.Net.
• Experience owning production apps spanning database, back-end API, and front-end.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and support of a core software system in P&C domain.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve tickets.
• Interface with internal IT and external vendors to resolve problems.
• Maintain source control, tickets, environment promotions and release notes.
