You will assess auto insurance applications, guide clients to suitable policies, and efficiently process claims while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping. You will collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on regulations, and contribute to delivering excellent client service for diverse policyholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
Master's degree in Statistics.
Associate in Claims (AIC) certification.
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification.
Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification.
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification.
English language proficiency at advanced level (C1).
Experience in auto insurance/claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess auto insurance applications to determine coverage eligibility and appropriate policy levels.
Guide clients in selecting suitable auto insurance policies aligned with their individual needs and risk profiles.
Efficiently process insurance claims while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and timelines.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, applications, and claim transactions for auditing and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and enhance service delivery.
Stay informed about industry regulations, policy updates, and best practices to ensure compliant and effective client support.
