Job summary

Oliver Wyman's Property and Casualty Actuarial Insurance Practice seeks a consultant to develop, validate, and operationalize actuarial models across pricing, reserving, and capital modeling. You will work with colleagues worldwide on client engagements using AI-enabled workflows and modern tools.

You will analyze large datasets, apply established methodologies, translate results for non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to innovative actuarial solutions within a collaborative, hybrid work

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Actuarial Science, Math, Stats, Econ, Finance or related field.
• 1+ years actuarial experience; pursuing CAS with at least 3 exams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication to diverse audiences.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformative actuarial solutions for client engagements.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to support decisions.
• Apply actuarial methodologies to produce accurate analyses.
• Support client engagement by gathering requirements and communicating findings.
• Collaborate with actuaries, engineers, data scientists to implement solutions.
• Validate data, calculations, models to ensure quality and compliance.
• Contribute to AI-enabled actuarial tools and workflows.
• Own deliverables and manage priorities across projects.
