Job summary

Novacore is seeking a P&C Account Manager to support the specialty insurance team. You will focus on day-to-day servicing, renewals, and client relations for Automotive Aftermarket lines, ensuring accuracy across processes.

The role sits at our Conshohocken, PA home office with hybrid work options. Prior commercial lines experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial lines account manager experience.
• 1-3 years Property and Casualty experience.
• Property and Casualty License, or to be obtained within the first 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Excellent product knowledge and expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Market and renewals management for assigned accounts.
• Perform risk analysis & prepare renewal applications.
• Review and present quotes for coverages, exclusions, and subjectivities.
• Maintain accounts by evaluating risk and providing coverage analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle daily servicing and processing per quality standards.
• Develop carrier/underwriter relationships and market knowledge.
• Ensure accurate information across processes.

P&C Account Manager

The Account Manager will support the specialist insurance team (ASD) primarily focusing on handling the day-to-day servicing of accounts as well as account retention/renewals. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency of information being processed across the Automotive Aftermarket insurance lines.

This is a hybrid opportunity, sitting at the Conshohocken, PA Home Office

Responsibilities:

• Market and placement of renewal business.
• Perform risk analysis & preparation of applications for renewal business.
• Review and present to clients their preparation of quotes for coverages, exclusions and subjectivities.
• Maintain accounts by evaluating risk and providing coverage analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Responsible for daily service and processing in accordance with company quality control standards and procedures.
• Develop and maintain carrier/underwriter relationships.
• Maintain current market and product knowledge.
