Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in P&C insurance operations or agency distribution.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in training or operational instruction.
• Certifications in instructional design or insurance (e.g., CPCU, AIC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver e-learning training for employees and agencies.
• Translate complex insurance content into accessible training.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires and agencies.
• Track training completion and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs.
