The role offers a base salary of $92,000, paid hotel accommodations, and a daily rig bonus of $300 while operating, along with comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in well control and rig operations.
• Must have current IADC well control certificate or be willing to get certified.
• Able to manage pipe tally, fluids, casing recovery, and cementing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 4-man crew in plugging and abandonment of gas wells.
• Maintain good communication with crew and management.
• Pass pre-hire drug and alcohol test.
