Job summary

Plants and Goodwin, Inc. is seeking an experienced individual to manage a 4-man crew for gas well plugging and abandonment. The position requires a minimum of 10 years in relevant fields, including well control and rig operations, along with a current IADC well control certificate. The role offers a base salary of $92,000, paid hotel accommodations, and a daily rig bonus of $300 while operating, along with comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) matching.

• Able to manage pipe tally, fluids, casing recovery, and cementing.

The position requires leadership skills to manage a 4-man crew in plugging and abandonment of existing gas wells. Candidate must be experienced (10 years minium) in the following areas:

Qualifications

• Well Control including killing wells with fluid, nippling down well heads and nippling up BOP's. Must have current IADC well control certificate (or be willing to get certified at company's expense).
• Double-derrick service rig operation including rig up/rig down, experience as a derrick hand, power tong operations.
• Laydown machine experience.
• Detail oriented individual.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to pass a pre-hire drug (follicle) and alcohol test.
• Proven experience in managing pipe tally, managing fluids on location, casing recovery and cementing operations.
• Good communication skills with crew, company man, and management.
• Experience in Enverus field ticketing a plus.

Compensation package

• Base Salary $92.000.00
• Hotel room paid for (no sharing rooms with others)
• $300.00/day rig bonus while rig is operating
