Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in airborne search, detect and tracking on maritime surveillance aircraft.
• Personnel and program management experience.
• 1200+ hours in the P-3C/P-8A family.
• Past or current TACCO and Mission Commander designations.
• Ability to maintain flight standards.
• Ability to work with integrated test teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• SSBI completed within past six years or CE enrolled.

Responsibilities

• Systems operator for P-8A training and support flights, maintenance, testing and demonstrations.
• Participate in aircrew and ground training.
• Prepare and execute detailed test plans.
• Prepare test reports and support technical meetings.
• Support acquisition reviews and milestone decisions.
