King's Fish House in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking an Oyster Bar Cook to join our world‑class team. You will interact with guests, prepare fresh raw bar items, and share your seafood knowledge in a lively main dining room.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff.
Some culinary training or experience in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

Communicate with guests about raw bar products and serve guests at the oyster bar.
Prepare food items for meal periods and next service.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station.
Cook for scheduled meal periods.
Complete opening/closing duties as assigned.
Remove soiled wares and transport to dishwashing area.
Follow manager’s instructions and prepping schedules.
Adhere to maintenance and cleaning schedules.
Notify management of deficiencies or safety hazards.
