Job summary

CPM Construction Planning and Management, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial projects from start to finish.

You’ll own budgets and schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, owners, and architects, and drive pay applications, forecasting, and closeout. You’ll work closely with a superintendent and project engineer, with real ownership early on. Pay is commensurate with experience; pathways to bigger, more complex work are clear as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years as an APM, project engineer, or PM on commercial projects.
• Ready for the next step: running your own job.
• Procore and Bluebeam experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the budget, schedule, and subcontractor buyout on your projects.
• Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and communication with owners and architects.
• Manage pay applications, forecasting, and closeout.
• Work with a dedicated superintendent and project engineer.
