Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a hands‑on Associate to guide guests through the wash experience and keep the site running smoothly. This role is fast‑paced, physically active, and outdoors, with a 60‑day certification program to get you started.

You’ll operate at the Welcome, Wash, and Convenience stations, help with member accounts and safety, and contribute to a positive customer experience that leaves guests satisfied and coming back.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service, support sales and membership growth, assist with sign-ups and account changes, follow pricing and discounts policies.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures, keep wash area clean, assist with vehicle prep, operate wash equipment safely, communicate operational issues.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers, manage member accounts, encourage Google reviews, stock and organize detail centers, maintain cleanliness.
• General Duties: Open/close duties, maintain tunnel safety, prepare towels and materials.
