Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience and keep the site running at full speed. The role involves working on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

No experience is required, and a 60-day certification program helps you start strong. This is a dynamic, outdoors role where you stay active and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Willing to be outdoors in various weather.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: Provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: Maintain a clean wash area and operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers and manage member experiences, including cancellations and plan changes.
• General Duties: Open/close duties, site upkeep, and maintain safe, clean environment.
