Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate for a fast-paced, hands-on role on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. This is a physical, outdoor position with a clear path to advancement as many site managers started here.

You will guide guests through the wash experience, support sales and membership growth, operate wash equipment safely, and help maintain a clean, efficient site. No experience is required; a 60-day certification program begins on day one.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and support sales and membership growth.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean wash area.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts including cancellations and plan changes.
• Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.
• Open and close duties to ensure smooth operations.
