Potter Global Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment & Kitting Specialist for our Hazlewood, MO site. You will read work orders, pull components, verify counts, and prepare shipments that arrive on time and intact.

You’ll pack materials, label shipments, and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time dispatch. This role emphasizes accuracy, routine tasks, and a collaborative team environment on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows written instructions in operation manuals.
• Able to perform repetitive movements with lightweight parts (up to 10 lbs).
• Demonstrates strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Works well in a team-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull products from storage bays and zones.
• Interpret work orders or oral instructions to determine parts and quantities.
• Match items to order specs and confirm counts.
• Pack materials in correct containers per packing requirements.
• Protect goods by packing to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare shipping labels and verify addresses.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Update stock levels in inventory systems.
