Job summary

Ideation seeks a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, kitting, shipping, and maintaining a clean workspace. Join a collaborative team focused on accuracy and efficiency.

You should be detail-oriented, reliable, able to lift and move boxes, and comfortable using scanners and inventory systems. Prior warehouse or shipping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Create high-quality packaging experiences presentation matters!
• Assist with custom kitting projects, branded merchandise, and special client requests
• Receive incoming inventory, verify accuracy, label items, and place products into warehouse locations
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and quality checks
• Follow warehouse systems and processes to keep operations running smoothly
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Identify and communicate discrepancies or opportunities for improvement
• Work collaboratively with teammates to complete daily priorities
• Help maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
