You’ll support member sign-ups, handle account changes, manage the CX for memberships, follow safety rules, operate wash equipment safely, and contribute to a clean, organized site. No experience required; a 60-day certification program starts you off.

Qualifications

• Must be physically active and comfortable working outdoors in various weather.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the Welcome Station and drive sales and memberships.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently at the Wash Station.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.
• Engage with customers professionally at the Convenience Station to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes (CX).
• Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.
• Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup and weed removal.
