Responsibilities

Welcome Station and Sales: provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and changes.
Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and maintain a clean area.
Convenience Station: engage with customers and manage member accounts (cancellations, plan changes).
Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.
Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.
Maintain vacuum stations and perform general site upkeep for safety and cleanliness.
General duties: opening/closing, tunnel maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations.
