Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: Provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently; communicate issues to the team.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.
• Stock and organize detail centers; maintain inventory and cleanliness.
• Maintain vacuum stations and perform general site upkeep to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
