Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management; follow pricing and discounts policies.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and efficiently; keep wash area clean and organized.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers and manage member accounts (CX); encourage Google reviews.
• General duties: open/close procedures, site upkeep, trash pickup, and safe environment.
