Job Description

• Lead efforts in developing responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)

• Participate in client interviews and presentations

• Develop and review cost proposals

• Oversee execution of active projects

• Facilitate weekly internal staff meetings

• Track and report project progress

• Coordinate with billing and finance teams

• Maintain and enhance internal procedures

• Direct the designer selection process and negotiate contracts

• Conduct contractor due diligence and bid evaluations

• Engage with public and regulatory agencies

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Owner’s Project Management or a related field

• Certified Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO)

• Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera

• Extensive knowledge of public procurement procedures

• Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Proven leadership and team management experience
