Job summary

Arena Family of Companies is seeking a Development & Construction Associate to oversee a growing portfolio of multifamily projects from an owner’s perspective. You will work with developers, GCs, consultants, and financing partners to grow in responsibility.

You’ll monitor budgets, reviews, schedules, and project milestones, ensuring cost controls and timely draw processing across multiple developments. As you grow, you’ll take on more oversight and decision-making responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in construction, real estate development, owner’s rep, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, real estate, architecture, engineering, finance, business, or related discipline.
• Experience with budgets, pay apps, cost reports, schedules, drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, or field reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets, schedules, commitments, approvals, and milestones across multiple developments.
• Review draw packages, pay applications, cost reports, invoices, lien waivers, and forecasts.
• Track change orders, allowances, contingencies, and exposures; prepare questions for senior team.
