Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager I for owner-/EPC-side oversight on capital projects. You will support the project quality program by surveilling contractor and supplier quality, reviewing QC plans, ITPs, and inspection records, and tracking audit findings to closure.

You will report to the project quality lead and write clear, factual records in a highly document-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality control, inspection, or QA on construction or industrial projects.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management principles.
• a certification such as ICC, NICET, CWI, or CIP is a strong plus.
• Comfortable reading specifications, procedures, and inspection records and finding the gaps.
• Clear written reporting
• organized under document-heavy work

Responsibilities

• Perform quality surveillance of contractor and supplier work against the project quality plan and specifications.
• Review contractor QC plans, ITPs, inspection records, and material certifications for completeness and compliance.
• Track audit findings, nonconformances, and corrective actions in the project quality database.
• Witness hold and witness points and document the results.
• Prepare weekly quality status inputs for the project quality manager
