Job summary

This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating design and construction teams, reviewing plans, schedules, budgets, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading program and construction management of capital projects.
• Knowledge of civil design, cost estimating, and project controls.
• Ability to manage field activities: inspection, utilities, ROW/easement, permitting.
• Strong document management and review of plans, specs, and reports.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management; lead meetings.
• Proficiency with project management tools and office software; interpret schedules/budgets.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP, CCM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design and construction teams to advance project activities.
• Review schedules and budgets; monitor compliance with contracts and quality standards.
