Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architectural or related field.
• 5-10+ years' experience in a construction related discipline.
• Experience with higher education, municipal or county projects involving active management, oversight and/or inspection with Government/Owner.

Responsibilities

• As Owner's Representative across all project stages, ensure work aligns with contract documents.
• Provide construction project oversight using engineering and construction principles.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; manage sub-consultants and procurement.
• Interface with client and project team; review contractor invoicing and prepare client invoices.
