Colliers Project Leaders in Baltimore, MD seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Higher Education construction projects, guiding design through closeout while ensuring owner goals, budget, and schedule are met.
You will manage client relationships, coordinate architects, engineers and other consultants, review drawings and documents, mitigate risks, and mentor staff. A Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management or related field and 8+ years of experience are preferred.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the project management/owner’s representation services on primarily Higher Education projects in Maryland to ensure the success of owners, and occupants. This will include active management of the design, construction, and closeout phases of building projects.
Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
