As the Owner’s Representative, you will ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of all construction activities while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience on utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and large field teams.
• Strong understanding of EPC workflows and project documentation.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to travel and work full-time on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of site construction, including civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.
• Manage contractors, schedules, budgets, and site logistics.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead daily coordination meetings and report project progress.
