Executive Jet Management seeks a Senior Analyst, Owner Reporting to lead client financial planning and reporting for managed accounts. You will build operating budgets, prepare financial workbooks, and present client summaries alongside cross-functional teams.

You will develop and update monthly budgets and variance analyses, deliver tailored reporting, and present business reviews to clients. Strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Excel, Access, and Tableau are

• Bachelor's in Finance or Business required.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial/operational analysis or planning.
• Proven ability to draw insights from data and present complex information clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel, Access and Tableau for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage client workbooks and provide monthly or quarterly updates including budget updates and variance analysis.
• Create annual operating budgets for new and existing managed clients and sales prospects.
• Understand aircraft expenses to discuss with clients at an appropriate level.
• Update monthly budget and operations reporting including variance analysis.
• Update monthly client operations reporting and develop new reporting solutions for client requests.
• Present business review materials to support client meetings and ad hoc requests.

Purpose of Position

The Sr. Analyst, Owner Reporting is responsible for managed client financial planning, including creating and presenting managed client operating budgets and financial workbooks. In addition, the Sr. Analyst creates and presents client operations summaries, and non-standard or customized analysis and reporting. This role will work with other departments including HR, Maintenance, and Operations at EJM and will also include corporate FP&A analysis.

Tasks And Responsibilities

• Manage client workbooks and provide monthly or quarterly client workbook updates. These updates include budget updates and variance analysis in addition to summary updates, operational updates, and additional analysis or reporting as requested or customized for each client.
• Creates annual operating budgets for new and existing managed clients and occasionally sales prospects.
• Understands aircraft expenses to level that is suitable to discuss with both new and existing clients.
• Updates monthly budget and operations reporting including variance analysis.
• Updates monthly client operations reporting
• Possesses the ability to create new reporting solutions to unique client requests
• Provides and presents business review materials to support various parties engaged in client meetings and ad hoc requests.
• Utilizes critical thinking and logic skills to solve client requests.
