MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck) is seeking a Construction Manager/Project Manager to lead mid-to-large scale projects in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will act as owner representative through pre-construction, construction, and building acceptance, coordinating quality, cost, schedule, and contractor activities.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in design/construction, strong knowledge of construction processes, and experience in contract administration, change management, QA/QC, and field

Qualifications

• 7–10 years combined education and/or experience in design or construction.
• Experience in construction contract administration, change management, QA/QC, or related fields.
• Experience delivering new or renovated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner representative through pre-construction, construction and building acceptance.
• Coordinate quality, cost, schedule, and contractor activities for clients/owners.
• Lead or participate in meetings; prepare minutes and track progress.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and ensure contractual compliance.
• Review changes and coordinate with designers, contractors and owners.
• Coordinate testing with authorities and third-party specialists.
