Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to stakeholder inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence on behalf of multiple departments.
• Accurately logs all owner inquiries in SAP with detailed, owner-specific information.
• Escalates issues outside standard processes to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
• Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders and supports cross-functional teams.
