VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators under an independent contractor agreement. We offer competitive per-mile rates, a large number of loads, and quick pay terms (3-5 business days). Dispatchers have extensive broker contacts and experience to secure suitable loads.

Applicants must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van, be eligible to work in the US, and be at least 21. Basic English is required, with Russian speakers also considered.

Formación

• Must own Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization.
• At least 21 years old for you and your drivers.
• Speaks and understands basic English; Russian speakers welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Operate as owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement with Victoria Logistics Carrier.
• Accept suitable loads offered by dispatchers and optimize routes.
• Ensure vehicle meets safety and regulatory requirements (PPE, straps, decals removed).
