Qualifications

• You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English.
• We also hire Russian speakers.

Responsibilities

• Accept and execute loads as an owner-operator under written independent contractor agreement.
• Coordinate with dispatchers with 4+ years of experience for load opportunities.
• Negotiate rates within the offered per-mile ranges and ensure timely payments.
