• Own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van)
• Be eligible to work in the US (citizen, resident, green card or work authorization)
• Driver/owner-operator with at least 6 months driving experience
• Speak/read/understand basic English; Russian speakers welcomed

Responsibilities

• Submit applications to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.
• Negotiate rate terms with dispatchers and choose loads that fit your preference.
• Maintain vehicle readiness (safety equipment and compliance) and meet vehicle requirements.
