Load preferences are matched to you, with payments in 3–5 business days. You must own a vehicle, be 21+, speak English (Russian speakers welcome), and register with us to accept loads as an owner-operator.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle: Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• US citizen, resident, green card, or eligible work authorization.
• 21+ years old; able to read/write/speak basic English.
• Approved and registered to accept loads with Victoria Logistics Carrier.
• Independent contractor agreement as owner-operator.

Responsibilities

• Accept loads offered by dispatchers.
• Negotiate rates within per-mile ranges.
• Ensure vehicle meets safety and equipment requirements.
• Adhere to company guidelines and load securing protocols.
