The N2 Company seeks a Senior Account Executive (Area Director) to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your market, operating as a local publisher who drives revenue, builds partnerships, and reflects the heart of the community.

You’ll start by establishing your territory and client base, then grow an asset you own. This hybrid role blends in-person community engagement with a home office workflow.

Qualifications

• Must be a relationship-driven seller ready to invest in building a business.
• Proven consultative sales ability.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and community-focused.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships.
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model.
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication.
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
