Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking a Senior Account Executive (Area Director) to launch and lead a Stroll magazine in your local market. You will own revenue growth, build partnerships with local business owners, and shape a publication that reflects your community.

This hybrid role blends in-person engagement with a home-office setup. You’ll establish your territory, grow your client base, and operate as the local publisher, supported by N2’s national team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• US resident required
• Hybrid (local community engagement + home office)

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market
