Job summary

The N2 Company seeks a Senior Account Executive (Area Director) to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll operate as a local publisher, driving revenue, building partnerships with business owners, and shaping a magazine that reflects your community.

Your first months focus on territory setup and client development. As you grow, you’ll own the asset and lead your publication’s growth as the face of Stroll in your market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US resident.
• Hybrid role with local engagement + home office.
• Relationship-driven seller ready to invest in building a business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships.
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model.
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication.
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
