Job summary

Alfa Freight in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking seriously minded owner-operators for an independent contractor partnership. You can operate under Alfa Freight's authority or yours, with new MCs welcome and a supportive program including a fuel card and sign-on bonuses.

We offer weekly gross earnings ranging from $6,000 to $8,000 (solo), no factoring fees, and no forced dispatch. OTR freight spans 48 states, with 24/7 safety and ELD support and bi-weekly home time.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable OTR experience
• 24' or 26' box truck
• Truck no older than 2015
• No SAP / No more than 1 moving violation in past 2 years

Responsibilities

• Work under Alfa Freight's authority or under your own authority
• Partner with Alfa Freight to grow as a team
• Operate as an independent contractor with ongoing freight opportunities
• OTR loads across 48 states
• No factoring fees and flexible dispatch options
