Job summary

Alfa Freight is seeking serious owner-operators to partner and grow as a team. You can work under our authority or under yours, and new MCs are welcome.

We offer a fuel card program, sign-on bonus, and bonuses for clean DOT inspections, with a quick two-day hiring process and orientation on-site. Our offer includes weekly gross earnings of $6,000–$8,000 (solo), no factoring fees, no forced dispatch, and OTR loads across 48 states.

• Six months of verifiable OTR experience
• Truck no older than 2015
• 24' or 26' box truck
• No SAP / No more than 1 moving violation in the past 2 years
