Job summary

BBSI is seeking a Risk and Safety Consultant to lead health and safety initiatives for business-owner clients and internal teams. You will apply enterprise risk management practices, deliver trainings, and present practical solutions to diverse client groups.

The role requires strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to travel to client locations, primarily locally, while coordinating with internal experts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk management, occupational health and safety and regulatory experience required.
• Experience writing, developing and delivering presentations to groups at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management and safety initiatives for multiple client companies.
• Educate and influence client leadership on proactive risk management and safety culture.
• Conduct root cause analyses and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Benchmark, measure and communicate the value of risk management programs.
