SAIL is seeking a Business Manager to own the community's performance, including occupancy, revenue, delinquency and NOI. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgeted goals, and collaborate with centralized support to ensure concierge-level service and strong ownership reporting.

The role requires ownership of outcomes, daily operational excellence, and a data-driven approach to problem solving. On-site and roving to communities with a hands-on leadership style are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years managing a market-rate multifamily community with full accountability for occupancy, delinquency and NOI.
• Experience building and defending annual budgets, and performing monthly variance reviews.

• Own the community's performance across occupancy, revenue, delinquency and expenses.
• Lead on-site team hiring, coaching and development.
• Coordinate with SAIL's centralized support teams for maintenance, marketing, compliance and accounting.
• Present monthly performance reporting to ownership or asset manager and maintain strong ownership relationships.
