Job summary

Vacatia in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Concierge Specialist to deliver outstanding service to timeshare owners and strengthen owner relationships. You’ll answer calls, help with maintenance fees, taxes, and ownership usage while guiding owners through exchanges with networks like RCI.

You’ll create deposit requests, confirm usage weeks, and coordinate with the Equity Department to keep accounts current, supporting a transparent, owner-focused experience.

• Clear verbal and concise written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documentation and follow protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-priority management.
• Prompt, reliable, and solution-oriented demeanor; ownership mindset.
• Ability to navigate ownership scenarios; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from timeshare owners with prompt, professional service.
• Assist owners with questions on maintenance fees, taxes, and ownership usage.
• Process maintenance fee and real estate tax payments; record transactions.
• Create Intent-to-Deposit requests for weeks with exchange networks (RCI, Interval International).
• Confirm owner usage weeks and provide exchange IDs as needed.
• Make outbound calls for follow-up and resolution; respond to emails.
• Coordinate with Equity Department to help owners become current on balances.
• Escalate urgent issues to leadership and partner with Resort GMs as needed.
• Maintain documentation and follow company protocols and compliance standards.
